Hunter capitalized on this experience as a founding member of the Ryan Partnership, heading the marketing strategy consulting unit and helping to build the company into a $100 million organization. His clients have included MasterCard, Mercedes-Benz, Michelin, DEC, Kraft and PepsiCo. Hunter is driven by the knowledge that marketing can be managed throughout an enterprise to improve effectiveness and efficiency across brands, business units and continents - leading to increases in top-line revenue. Hunter, through his consulting firms, has applied this expertise to such companies as Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Brown-Forman, Unilever, Kimberly-Clark and Michelin, to name just a few.

Sat's unique mix of skills and professional experience in brand management, sales management, technology delivery and management consulting makes him invaluable to clients. Sat leveraged his Unilever experience as a brand management consultant at IBM Global Services, where he worked with consumer product goods, retail and manufacturing clients to develop roadmaps to fulfill their strategic goals. His ability to leverage IT and marketing strategy and methodology proved useful as he developed process maps and product roadmaps to create the software that supports EMM Group's enterprise marketing management services. Sat has worked with many world-class companies to enable their marketing and supply chain processes through the design and implementation of leading-edge solutions.

With more than 35 years of deep marketing experience, Gordon is one of the foremost marketing consultants in the world. He has worked with more than 75 superior companies (including Procter & Gamble, DuPont, IBM, Citicorp, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, BAT, Nestle, Gillette, Dollar General and 7-11) in more than 100 categories. With these various world-renowned brand owners and leading marketers, Gordon has pioneered many ground-breaking disciplines - such as enterprise marketing management, corporate strategic development, category management, loyalty marketing and new product development. By successfully embedding skills and processes around those disciplines, Gordon has greatly strengthened brands and increased shareholder returns for his clients.

With 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and administration in industries ranging from banking to neon sign design, Betsy's holistic business approach has been successful in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. She is well versed in risk management, finance and accounting, compliance and personnel systems. Betsy works with clients' legal, business and purchasing teams regarding contract negotiations as well as ownership rights of the intellectual property that EMM Group develops for them.

Peter brings a diverse background in advertising and communications for brands such as Marlboro, Schweppes, Coors Light and Timberland. He started his career in Europe managing brands and came to the U.S. to expand into account management and then business management. Peter founded his own communications firm servicing Colgate, First Data, Sears and Citibank, among others. Peter leverages his agency, business management and client service expertise to lead EMM Group's business development efforts and to ensure our clients receive the right resources to successfully fulfill their needs.
