Our Insights Accelerator solution starts by defining an insight: a profound understanding of customer motivations that creates competitive advantage in the marketplace. An 'insight' has two components; first, the 'sight', the behavior (or non behavior) we can observe. And then the 'in', the internal motivation for the behavior that is inside the customer... hidden from our view.

EMM Group has an effective, powerful and fast solution for discovering insights and applying it to find creative and fresh innovation ideas. It is based on a Decision Accelerator methodology of assembling the ‘system’ with relevant stakeholders represented and unleashing their joint creativity through a series of team-based activities. This 2-3 day Accelerator session uses data synthesis tools we call the ‘6-Connects' Insights Generation to compress the work of many weeks and get to a commonly shared output.
