His clients have included MasterCard, Mercedes-Benz, Michelin, DEC, Kraft and PepsiCo. Hunter is driven by the knowledge that marketing can be managed throughout an enterprise to improve effectiveness and efficiency across brands, business units and continents - leading to increases in top-line revenue. Hunter, through his consulting firms, has applied this expertise to such companies as Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Brown-Forman, Unilever, Kimberly-Clark and Michelin, to name just a few.

With more than 35 years of marketing experience, Gordon is one of the foremost thought leaders in the marketing profession. He has worked with more than 75 leading companies (including Procter & Gamble, DuPont, IBM, Citicorp, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, BAT, Nestle, Sara Lee, Ahold, Dollar General and 7-11) in more than 100 categories. With these various world-renowned brand owners, Gordon has pioneered ground-breaking disciplines in marketing - such as enterprise marketing management, category management and marketing accountability. He is the principal author of the two ANA industry sponsored white papers on marketing accountability as well as the marketing process benchmarking survey used by the ANA as the gold standard for the marketing industry. By successfully embedding skills and processes around those disciplines, Gordon has made lasting improvements in marketing as a discipline and greatly increased shareholder returns for his clients.

With 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and administration in industries ranging from banking to neon sign design, Betsy's holistic business approach has been successful in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. She is well versed in risk management, finance and accounting, compliance and personnel systems. Betsy works with clients' legal, business and purchasing teams regarding contract negotiations as well as ownership rights of the intellectual property that EMM Group develops for them.

Peter brings a diverse background in advertising and communications for brands such as Marlboro, Schweppes, Coors Light and Timberland. He started his career in Europe managing brands and came to the U.S. to expand into account management and then business management. Peter founded his own communications firm servicing Colgate, First Data, Sears and Citibank, among others. Peter leverages his agency, business management and client service expertise to lead EMM Group's business development efforts and to ensure our clients receive the right resources to successfully fulfill their needs.
