Job Function:  Engagement Manager
Reporting line: Client Partner (SVP level)
Description:

Work with the Strategic Account team in delivering EMM Group’s products, solutions, and services, with the aim of increasing the client’s end-to-end marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Experience

Requirements:

  • 10 to 12 years total experience.
  • 5 to 7 years experience in brand marketing with a Global 500 firm(s) required.  B2B and B2C valued.
  • 3 to 5 years experience as a consultant with a leading consulting firm (Big 5) or similar experience with an agency a bonus.
  • Experience of working within a global marketing organization is preferred.
  • Experience of working in an entrepreneurial environment of rapid growth and change is a plus.

Education                

Requirement:

MBA or equivalent.
Location and Travel:
  • EMM Group’s consulting team functions in a virtual environment.  Most EMM Group consultant’s choose to work from an office in their home.  
  • Weekly travel to client locations is usually required, generally for 2 to 3 days per trip.
  • Clients are geographically dispersed across the US and Europe, with some occasional international travel required to support global projects.
  • East Coast most common for this posting.

  • Candidates must display the intellectual stretch to understand EMM Group’s proposition from a business/customer perspective and how this can be exploited to achieve greater revenue for the business.

  • Highly self-motivated and objective driven. Will be keen to apply their strategic vision to a highly challenging role.
  • Business minded and driving for consistent growth and margin.
